Accessing Chat

 When you start SPANworks, File Utilities is the default module you see in the main area. Chat is the only application or module you can use simultaneously with another module. To access Chat use the SPANbar on the left hand side of the SPANworks window and the Chat module will surface on the right hand side of the SPANworks application window. There are some additional methods for accessing Chat besides using the SPANbar. For example, you can use the Go menu in any module , or the right click menu from the SPANworks Task Tray Icon. Each of these methods will display Chat in the SPANworks application window.
