SPANworks utilizes a Task Tray Icon to inform you of various SPANworks connection activity. Hovering over the Task Tray icon with your mouse will display a message of current transmission status. Below is a summary of each of the different conditions.
The SPANworks 2000

SPANworks
cannot communicate with anyone else.
SPANworks
is able to communicate with one or more other devices.
When
the Task Tray Blue Dot Icon is blinking, then there is data communication
currently occurring on your machine. In the background data is sending,
receiving, or synchronizing.
