The Gold Suite includes all of the features of the SPANworks II Silver Suite and TEAMcalendar™ a group scheduling application.

TEAMcalendar™

TEAMcalendar™ allows you to instantly schedule an appointment or meeting request based on the availability of your groups' current schedule. TEAMcalendar™ collects the free and busy time from each person's Personal Information Management (PIM) application, then calculates and displays an easy to read view of the groups' free and busy time. After a meeting or appointment time is chosen, TEAMcalendar™ adds it to everyone's calendar automatically. If you added someone to your appointment that is not there, then the appointment details are sent via email.

TEAMcalendar™ virtually eliminates the hassles of scheduling meetings. As with all of the SPANworks II products, TEAMcalendar™ does this without being connected to a special server, does it wired or wireless, and does it instantly between your team's notebooks, PDA's, and mobile phones. You have the same functionality with TEAMcalendar™ as you do when connected to your corporate office with Microsoft Exchange, yet you can be on the airplane, your living room, outside at the picnic bench, or even at the amusement park!

The SPANworks II Gold Suite will be available for purchase third quarter, 2001.
