Rendezvous™

To help visualize and manage these gatherings, Rendezvous™ displays and saves a record of all SPANworks enabled and non-SPANworks enabled wireless devices (such as Bluetooth™) in your proximity. An image representing a place like a meeting room, an office, a classroom, or even your living room permits you to position the discovered devices around the image to help recall when, where, and with whom you last met and where they were located or sitting. This information is saved pictorially for later reference. You can even add notes about a particular event, meeting, or place and save that information with the layout so you can always remember what occurred.

TEAMcontacts™

TEAMcontacts™ is a simple, yet handy little application that allows you to send and receive electronic business cards from other people or devices with ease. Send your business card to one, or a selection of people with the touch of one button. No more sending your business card to people in turn wasting time at the beginning of a meeting.

TEAMcontacts™ integrates with Microsoft® Outlook and Pocket Outlook allowing you to save your received vCards instantly in your Contacts database for future synchronization with your host machine and main contacts application.
